This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no advertising and has no forms or logins. It loads no third-party content, and the fonts are served from our own domain, so nothing about your visit is sent to another company as you browse. We do not track you and we do not build a profile of you.

Hosting

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes basic connection data such as your IP address for the short time needed to serve the page and to keep the site secure and available. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this and does not use it to identify you to us.

When you contact us

If you email, message us on WhatsApp or connect on LinkedIn, we process the contact details and whatever you choose to tell us, in order to reply and, if it is relevant, to discuss working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Those channels are run by other companies, your email provider, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and your use of them is also covered by their own privacy terms.

Keeping and sharing information

We keep correspondence only for as long as we need it for our relationship with you or to meet a legal obligation, and then we delete it. We work with a small number of clients, we treat what you share as confidential, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of this, email jonathan@greensted.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
